State of the Union
« on: March 31, 2021, 06:02:53 am »
Except for our host, I don't know who the other members here are.

For myself, I am a retired US Navy Command Master Chief (been retired for 28 years).  My wife and I formed a small environmental construction company a little more that 15 years ago, specializing in environmental impact studies related to wind power.  We have been directly involved in bringing about 11 gigawatts of wind energy online in Texas and Mexico.  That's about 7,000 turbines.  We are now retired from that business, turning it over to a younger couple.

I am very concerned about the state of the union.  If we do not succeed in making a political hard left turn in the next few years, I fear our form of government is doomed.  The racial, ethnic, and gender problems we face as a nation are a cancer on our form of government.  I don't yet know how active I will be in this forum - it partially depends upon the level of activity - but I will always be a political activist.
