I have been fighting this printer issue for a long time now and I finally found out what the problem was.

My bowden tube broke off a small piece of itself down at the bottom of the heat break,, when I pulled out the tube I could not see into the bottom so I did not know it was there.
What seems to of been happening is that broken piece created an increase in resistance  as well as created a sort of balloon thing with the filament and stuff,, crazy changing issues.

I finally decided to just replace the entire hot end and it was when I disassembled the old hot end I found the issue.
